The outcome of a community charrette with 3t acting as the design firm for the Master Plan and all components emerging from it is neighborhood comprised of communal green areas, new streetscapes and mixed-use buildings serving affordable and market-rate housing, which consist of both rental and home-ownership units. Where neglect once reigned, a community emerged.
